Semester 2 sudah berjalan kurang lebih 1 bulan semenjak Januari 2019, seiring pergantian Tahun Ajaran dari semester ganjil ke semester genap, maka Aplikasi Dapodik juga akan mengalami pembaharuan ke yang lebih baik. Rilies Aplikasi Dapodik Versi 2019.c.
Sebelumnya rilies Aplikasi Dapodik versi 2019.b yang mana masih adanya bug menyerupai data siswa double, siswa yang sudah di mutasi kembali muncul ke aplikasi dapodik. Maka dari itu rilies aplikasi terbaru versi 2019.c yang gunanya untuk menunjukkan kualitas yang lebih baik lagi. Beberapa pembaharuan dalam aplikasi dapodik versi 2019.c diantaranya kapasitas server dapodikdasmen yang akan ditingkatkan, pada tanggal 4 Februari 2019 pukul 24.00 wib akan ada penutupan server, hal ini akan diberitahukan mengenai Pemberitahuan / pengumuman sehabis semua pembaharuan selesai dan di uploud pada website :

Dikutip dari laman resminya dapo.dikdasmen.kemdikbud.go.id pemutakhiran data untuk semester 2 ( Genap ) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 akan dilakukan memakai aplikasi Dapodik versi gres 2019.c yang rencananya akan dirilies pada final bulan Februari silahkan tunggu hingga aplikasi tersebut diluncurkan.
Pada Semester 2 ( Genap ) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 harus memasukkan data NIK ( Nomor Induk Kependudukan ), kenapa kini harus menyiapkan data NIK, pastinya Para Operator sudah banyak yang tau bahwa untuk selanjutnya NISN siswa sudah tidak menjadi kewajiban dalam hal input data siswa, melainkan sudah diganti dengan NIK ( Nomor Induk Kependudukan ). Sudah banyak yang membahas di media umum dan website mengenai hal itu.

Dalam pendataan Dapodikdasmen versi 2019.c Kepala Sekolah harus berperan aktif dalam memimpin dan mengawal dalam proses pendataan sesuai dengan surat edaran yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktur Jendral Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah nomor 5749/D/R/2018 wacana problem pemutakhiran Data Pokok Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah semester 1 Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 bahwa pihak kepala sekolah memiliki kewajiban dalam mengawal proses input dan output Dapodikdasmen sekaligus memperhatikan akurasi masing-masing entitas data.

Sebagai persiapan menjelang dirilisnya Aplikasi Dapodikdasmen versi gres tersebut, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh sekolah sebagai berikut:

1. Kapasitas Server Dapodikdasmen akan ditingkatkan

Sehubungan dengan proses peningkatan kapasitas server ini, maka akan dilakukan maintenance terhadap server Dapodikdasmen. Aktivitas sinkronisasi Aplikasi Dapodikdasmen akan ditutup mulai Tanggal  04 Februari 2019 pukul 23.59 WIB hingga dengan pemberitahuan/pengumuman lebih lanjut.

2. Persiapan Aplikasi Dapodikdasmen versi baru

Pemutakhiran data untuk Semester 2 (genap) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 dilakukan memakai Aplikasi Dapodikdasmen versi gres (Versi 2019.c) yang direncanakan akan dirilis pada final Februari 2019 (akan diumumkan pada laman ini)

3. Persiapan data-data Semester 2 (genap) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019

Sekolah untuk mempersiapkan kelengkapan data di Semester 2 (genap) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019, dan salah satu kelengkapan data biar menjadi perhatian untuk dipersiapkan yaitu : NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan)

4. Kepala Sekolah berperan aktif memimpin dan mengawal proses pendataan
